CELEBRATE NATIONAL DONUT DAY!
June 6th – National Donut/Doughnut Day started in 1938 as a fundraiser for Chicago’s Salvation Army, with the goal of helping those in need during the Great Depression, and to honor the Salvation Army “Lassies“ of World War I who served donuts to soldiers to lift their spirits and remind them that they had not been forgotten. The holiday celebrates the donut, and many donut stores in America offer free donuts to customers. This year, national donut day is June 6th, and we’ve “rounded“ up all the local area deals for you, to help you celebrate!

- DUNKIN’ … Donut lovers can dunk a FREE Classic Donut at Dunkin’ with the purchase of any beverage on June 6th.
- KRISPY KREME … The doughnut chain is giving away one free donut to all customers, no purchase necessary, on June 6. And, because just one doughnut isn’t enough, you can also get a dozen Original Glazed Doughnuts for just $2 when you buy any other dozen at the regular price.
- MR. BOB’s DO-NUTS MARION, NC … $1.00 glazed donuts limit 6 Donuts per customer. Mr. Bob’s Do-Nuts Marion, NC
- SHEETZ … From June 6 to June 10, get one free donut with the purchase of any Sheetz fountain drink, Sheetz Bros Coffee or bottled beverage (get the deal by adding it under the OFFERZ tab on the Sheetz app; offer good while donuts are available, one per customer).

Harris Teeter, Ingles, Walmart, Publix, Edible Arrangements, RaceTrac, and Speedway Gas Stations have also been known to give out free doughnuts in the past. We have not seen any ads for them this year, yet, but keep your eye out!
