PARADE (10:00am-2:00pm):

The Town of Franklin, North Carolina invites you to join with us for our Independence Day Parade & Celebration, Friday, July 4th beginning at 10:00 a.m.! Franklin hosts one of the few July 4th parades that visitors and locals alike can actually participate in! There will be great contests, FREE watermelon and more! FIREWORKS IN THE PARK (4:00pm-10:00pm):

This year, the Town of Franklin is partnering with Macon County, the Macon County Fair Association and Franklin Area Chamber of Commerce for “Fireworks in the Park”! This event will be held at the Macon County Rec Park with activities beginning at 4:00 p.m. The all aerial fireworks display will be produced again this year by Munerlyn Pyrotechnics.
