The much-anticipated Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is set to return on Saturday, May 18, from 8 a.m.–1 p.m. The twice-yearly sale, sponsored by Friends and Neighbors of Swannanoa (FANS), draws huge crowds of enthusiastic sellers and shoppers to the Swannanoa Ingles parking lot, 2299 U.S. Highway 70.
If your closets and garages are overflowing with treasures you no longer need, now is the time to reserve your seller space by sending an email to SwannanoaYardSale@gmail.com or calling 828-515-1840. Spaces are $15 each if paid in advance, and $20 on the day of the sale, with a two-space limit for each reservation. Please bring your own tables.
If you don’t have anything to sell, but are itching to get out and do some bargain hunting, the Swannanoa Community Yard Sale is definitely the place to be. With more than 125 seller spaces reserved at every sale, shoppers are sure to find plenty of treasures to choose from.
