The fall 2024 Swannanoa Community Yard Sale was canceled thanks to Hurricane Helene, but we’re pleased to report that this much-loved and highly-anticipated community event will be back on Saturday, May 17, from 8 a.m.-1 p.m., at a new location in the Owen High School parking lot, 99 Lake Eden Road. (A big shout out to the school for stepping up to provide the space!)
The twice-annual yard sale regularly attracts dozens of sellers and hundreds of buyers. Whether you’re looking to sell some stuff or snag some treasures (or maybe both), mark your calendar now, and don’t miss out on this area’s largest yard sale event!
Seller spaces are the size of a standard parking spot and are $15 each, with a two space maximum per seller. Please bring your own tables. The Owen High parking lot will accommodate even more sellers than the former Swannanoa Ingles location, so this promises to be a huge sale. Sign up early to secure your space!
