HAPPY NATIONAL DOUGHNUT DAY!

National Doughnut / Donut Day started in 1938 as a fundraiser for Chicago’s Salvation Army, with the goal of helping those in need during the Great Depression, and to honor The Salvation Army “Lassies” of World War I, who served doughnuts to soldiers. The holiday celebrates the doughnut, and many doughnut stores in America offer free doughnuts to customers. This year, National Donut / Doughnut Day is June 7th, and we’ve “rounded” up all the local Asheville area deals for you, to help you celebrate!
