This fun new musical is based on the books Rosie Revere, Engineer; Iggy Peck, Architect; and Ada Twist, Scientist by Andrea Beaty. Like the books, the musical spotlights the STEM curriculum (focusing on science, technology, engineering and math).
Ms. Greer’s classroom includes three inquisitive out-of-the-box thinkers. Rosie Revere has big dreams of becoming the next great engineer. Iggy Peck has a relentless passion for architecture. And Ada Twist’s curiosity can drive her teacher crazy. This is a great show for illustrating a growth mindset in action.

Ingles’ Kids Pantry
Bringing awareness that many of our local children in Buncombe County are not getting the adequate food they need when they are not in school. They are going hungry on weekends, holidays, teacher staff days, snow days etc. Some schools have reported children pocketing food on Friday because they are worried about the weekend. Our great team is going to battle this problem on October 9th!

This September marks Asheville Humane Society’s 35th Anniversary, and we want to thank YOU for making our lifesaving work possible! Please join us as we celebrate this momentous occasion on Sunday, September 29 from 3 – 7 PM at The Meadow, Highland Brewing’s outdoor space. Pack your fold-up chair or blanket and bring the whole family (pets included!) for a fun-filled day, including:
· Live performances by Ben Phan, Guitarist and Songwriter and the Jim Arrendell Dance Band
· Vegetarian & vegan fare for purchase from Gypsy Queen Cuisine, Papa John’s & The Hop Ice Cream
