Tiny Tots Yoga is for babies and toddlers (from crawling to 2 years) with a caregiver (parent, friend, or guardian).
This class series is a highly active, playful class with songs and music that integrate yoga exercise. This class offers poses that will support a toddler’s increased mobility, physical explorations, language and cognitive development.
During Tiny Tots Yoga class, crawlers and walkers will playfully practice yoga postures while seated, standing, walking & jumping.
Quiet time will be provided at the end for parents and toddlers who need it.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Mats are used at the end of Tiny Tots Yoga class.
