Leicester Elementary School’s Spring Yard Sale

In our school gym. Over 17 vendors, community members with items to sell, drinks, and snacks will all be available in our warm and dry school. Blue Ghost First Friday Dance Party

We’ve had so much fun during our first two Dance Nights that we’re making it a thing. Join us the first Friday of every month for a night of fun and dancing for the whole family.
DJ Jeremy Fischer plays your favorite tunes from every decade and takes requests too.
Save the date for our May-July Dance parties and come prepared to dance the night away at Blue Ghost. Craft brews, fresh eats from The Hungry Ghost and beats to make your body move.

Spring Festival

Come out to Soggy Bottom Farms and meet our fur babies (including Baby James) and animals from other local farms. There will be amazing locally sourced food available for purchase at the Tin Shed, games, and music.

Native Bloom: WNC Wildflower Gathering

Day passes available!

Come to learn more about the amazing botanical diversity of our mountains with a community who has a passion for wilderness lifeways! We’ll be timing the event to correspond with the incredible wildflowers blooming across Western North Carolina. Situated on pristine land with a rushing creek and multiple waterfalls.

Families Welcome! 4-wheel drive(limited parking) or shuttle from Maggie Valley town parking lot. Parking will be monitored. Site is 15 minutes away from lot. No heavy drinking or drugs. This is a Sanctuary, honoring the land, animals, and each other. Leave no trace. Pack in Pack Out.

Food: Ticket prices include 4-5 healthy meals[breakfast and dinner on Friday and Saturday) prepared by Festival Chef. Please bring plenty of snacks and picnic lunch items. Please bring your own plates, bowls, cutlery, etc.

Amenities: Toilets and Shower. No RV hookups.

TeePee Ticket includes: Private Mountain top site with access to the TeePee, cabin Tent, Shuttle to Valley and back when ready(2 miles), up to 10 people. Event tickets must be purchased separately.

Sale on the Trail (Yard sale from Fairview to Lake Lure)

If you enjoy yard sales, you will not want to miss this event! Begin your trinket hunting in Fairview at the Hub of Fairview. Then, follow the trail to New Moon Marketplace. The sales will continue along Charlotte Hwy (74-A) through Gerton, Bat Cave, and into Lake Lure. There are sure to be plenty of sales and treasures along the way!

If you have items that you are looking to get rid of, you can rent a table in the Hub of Fairview parking lot for just $10. This is the perfect way to kick off your spring cleaning! Please call the Hub or stop by to sign up for a spot.

Brookstone Youth Culture is going to NYC this summer to share Jesus with every person they meet! Help them get there! The team will host a multi-family yard sale this Saturday in Downtown Weaverville from 7:30am until noon!
