Pet Costume Contest!
Dress ’em up and bring ’em down, after that, we’ll parade around! We’ll be giving out prizes in several categories and samples of treats and other goodies! We’ll then make a lap around Main Street to show off all of the awesome costumes that we are sure to see. Stay tuned for costume category announcements! Homemade costumes encouraged.
We’ll have refreshments for our 2-legged friends too 🙂

Homegrown Author Fair
Support local authors and discover new books, many with local interest, at the Homegrown Author Fair at the Waynesville Library. The local author fair will take place downstairs at the Waynesville Library, where there will be more than 20 author tables with books available for purchase and select book readings. The fair is scheduled before the holidays so that attendees can buy local books as holiday presents. Gift wrapping will be available from the Friends of the Library. BuyWay’s Annual Halloween Auction and Costume Contest
It’s that time of year again! BuyWay Auction is having our annual Halloween Auction and Costume Contest. It will be Saturday, October 29th, contest will be at 6:15pm.
We have alot of fun with music, dancing with the kids, candy and soo much more! Oh, it’s not just for the kids .. the adults dress up as well.. $100 in Auction Bucks, a trophy and bragging rights will be given to the Best Adult costume.. and we have 4 Best Children’s costumes.. the winners receive $20 in Auction Bucks each, a trophy and candy!
At 7pm the auction will begin..we have a blast every year and hope to see you there!
