Todd Schetter and other local wood carvers show off their skills at a free wood carving demonstration. Schetter has been carving wood for years and travels the country now, selling what he creates. If you bring your own knife and bar of soap, he might give you a few tips.

Interfaith Grief Gathering
We all grieve differently and people are seeking community at this tragic time. Join the Interfaith Gathering on Tuesday, July 12 at 8 pm at Pack Square Park. This is an assembly to acknowledge loss and the need for healing for our Asheville community and all people affected by violence. This event is organized by the Interdenominational Ministerial Alliance, Interfaith Community and Office of the Mayor.
