The WCU Roadworks Presents: The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) (6th-12th Grade)

The WCU College of Fine and Performing Arts will present a free performance of The Complete Works of William Shakespeare (Abridged) at the West Asheville Library. Join these madcap players in tights as they weave their wicked way through all of Shakespeare’s comedies, histories and tragedies in one wild ride that will leave you breathless and helpless with laughter.

Awesome insects are everywhere!

Join us on Tuesday June 28th at 11:00 and discover how interesting the study of insects can be (Entomology). All ages are welcome to attend.

Kids ages 8-13 can also learn how to help scientists and earn badges by registering to become an EcoExplorer.

Cherokee Ambassadors Day

Balsam Range Art of Music Festival

Marty Stuart, Atlanta Pops, John Driskell Hopkins, Whitewater Bluegrass Company, Lonesome River Band, Balsam Range and more.
Balsam Range is honored and excited to host the Art of Music Festival in their home of Haywood County. The festival will be on the grounds of the beautiful Lake Junaluska Assembly. This two day musical celebration will not only include world class artists but will be an opportunity to attend workshops and visit the many attractions Haywood County and Western North Carolina has to offer.
