You are invited to our third community spagetti dinner*

Our idea is to bring creative local people together to share a simple meal and short works in progress, making connections, supporting each other.

We are opening at 6:00 but won’t start the art sharing until 7:00 ish

What to bring FOOD wise:
We will provide the pasta and sauce and paper goods (but it would be GREAT if you brought your own dish and fork). You guys provide the side dishes (salads) or goodies to add on top like olives, grilled chicken… DON’T bring things that need preparation, there isn’t space in the “kitchen”. For GF people, we will have a pot of rice to put sauce on. Desserts also welcome

What to bring ART wise (optional):
We want to show a few works in progress or finished short pieces. It can be a show, a poem, a piece of art… Let us know ahead of time if you are going to share something.

Please RSVP in an accurate manner – in other words don’t say your coming if you just want to keep tabs on what we’re doing. That’s what the “interested” button is for. This will help us purchase the right amount of spagetti and sauce.

*In the tradition of Great Small Works in Brooklyn, who have been putting on community suppers combined with puppetry and performance for 30+ years. We’re also inspired by Bread and Puppet Theater who regularly share their homemade bread and garlic aoli with the audience when doing their big spectacles.
