Teen Making Lab happens every first Friday, and each month we will be making something different. We provide all the materials. NO experience required!

Join Go Yoga for Children’s Yoga class every Friday from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. This class will provide a safe environment for your child to utilize their imagination and physical movement to enhance their body awareness through playful yoga poses. Children will also learn creative breath and stress reduction techniques to help with concentration and emotional regulation.
