Heart for the Harvest Celebration
Come join us for our Heart for the Harvest Celebration this week. Follow the schedule of events in the image above. Thursday night we will have a Fall Festival with many fun activities. Saturday night we will have a missions dinner with a presentation on the urgency of missions. Lastly, Sunday morning we will have a missions focused service with special music. All Saints Day Bonfire and Outdoor Movie Night
5:00pm-6:30pm … It is said that the veil between this world and the next is lifted during the Day of the Dead and communication may happen more easily. So …we’ll share memories of our deceased loved ones and send messages. As part of the ritual we will also read, pray and burn the prayers from the Jubilee Prayer wall. Bring items for the ancestor alter. Lead by Amy Steinberg and Jackie Dobrinska
6:30pm-9:30pm … Enjoy an outdoor, family friendly movie. We will show Coco in honor of Day of the Dead. We will be selling popcorn, but otherwise bring everything you need to be comfortable and warm.
