50th Anniversary Celebration
Come help us celebrate 50 years of selling apples to the public!
– FREE kids activities: Jumping pillow, petting zoo & cow train rides.
– 1 FREE apple cider donut per customer!
-WYFF News 4’s meteorologists John Cessarich and our own Chris Justus will broadcast the weather LIVE from our celebration!
All of this is weather dependent.
In the fall of 1968 Ken and Glenda Justus saw a way to share our tasty apples with families. They placed a small portion of their apple crop that year aside for families to purchase under the shade of a chestnut tree. Normally, all apples were sold to Gerber and White House for baby food and apple sauce. 50 years later, serving families the best in apples and family fun is what we do each year! The 5th generation Justus is now helping grow apples on the same land!
