Odditorium Community Flea Market! Free Setup!

Step right up!!!! We are so excited to host our community flea markets of 2018!! This flea market is like no other…dedicated to wierd, wild, wacky and tacky!!! You can sell anything legal, bring on your witchy tinctures, taxidermy, vintage, baked goodies, art, WHATEVER!!! MAKE CA$H!!! The bar opens at 9am for decadent Bloody Marys and Mimosas galore! Food truck and restrooms on site!! Please read and respect our rules and guidelines. We can’t wait to see you!!

***GUIDELINES AND RULES***
-Bring your own tables, popups, chairs, sunscreen etc.
-Bring your own change.
-DO NOT PARK AT THE MEXICAN RESTAURANT NEXT DOOR. Even if you are just buying. Do not park on sidewalk. You will be towed! There is extra parking next door at the bank or across the street behind Up Country.
-No vehicles in parking lot, so unload and find a spot for your car 🙂
-This is first come first serve. No reserving spots ok! Get here early for a prime spot. There is NO SIGNUP and NO FEE TO SELL.
-Last but certainly not least pack it in, pack it out. Please do not leave ANY unsold items , furniture or garbage behind. PLEASE!!!!
-Remember we love you. No assholes. No scrubs.

WNC Bigfoot Fun Run 2018

Join us in our first annual WNC Bigfoot Fun Run 2018! Saturday September 8th race STARTS at the Community Building At 8am. Come race downtown Marion and see if you can spot our Bigfoot! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place will receive a Bigfoot medal! The race is $20, includes shirt and racing bib. Pickup for shirt and bib is at 7:00-7:30 at the community building.

Community Yard Sale

Asheville Outlets will partner with Splurge – Custom Lighting, Antiques & Art to host a Community Yard Sale on Saturday, September 15 from 7:30 a.m. to 12 noon. The event will be held in the parking lot outside of the Gap Factory Outlet. The Community Yard Sale will feature various yard sale booths set-up by residents and businesses. Habitat for Humanity RESTORE will also be on-site to take donations after the event.

UNCA Kellogg Center Open House& End of Summer Bash

Empty Bowls Night (Outdoor Event)

A benefit for Haywood Street Downtown Welcome Table! This collaborative outdoor event with Modern Wave Art Gallery is based around Ice Cream and Art. Artists from around Asheville and WNC will work to create handmade bowls. Guests are invited to make a donation for one of these bowls, which can then be used for Ice Cream if you’d like. The outdoor event space at The Creamery will be open with artists, kids activities and more.
