5k & Family Fun Day

Please join Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville and Sleep Tight Kids for our family fun day & 5K. Inflatables, face painting, games and food will be avaialbe while helping a great local non-profit. 5K pricing ($45) includes a T-shirt (while supplies last), Box lunch for one, and games for children. For non runners, $10 will cover the entire family so they can enjoy the inflatables and games. All proceeds will go to Sleep Tight Kids, a local non profit that promotes the feelings of hope and comfort in children as they lay their heads to rest each night.

Glo/Black Light Night BJJ-Open Roll

Spring Forest Explorers Nature Program (3-6yrs)

Spring Forest Explorers is a 3-6 year old nature program with Sara Henry. It’s a drop in class on Tuesdays from 10-2 and is $25 for the day, or equal trade. Come for any number of our meetings! Parents are welcome to drop their child off or stay and play with us. We focus on campfire cooking, wild edible plants, natural paints and dyes, music, building fairy houses and holding a safe container for imaginative play in nature. Come on out anytime! UGrow Community Dig Day Fundraiser

Save the Date for Bounty & Soul’s second annual UGrow Community Dig Day Fundraiser, taking place at the Swannanoa Valley Medical Center on Saturday, May 25. Enjoy an afternoon outdoors at this fun, family-friendly celebration centered around growing LOCAL, organic food, in partnership with Sow True Seed, Banner Greenhouses and Eat Smart Black Mountain.

Dig in and get inspired by taking part in interactive, educational gardening workshops and demos for adults and kids while enjoying local music and food all while raising funds to support the growth and expansion of Bounty & Soul’s unique, whole-person wellness programming.

Asheville Adventure Play will be onsite with their pop-up playground as well as a variety of earth-friendly vendors. Event is 11am-5pm with $10 admission (includes access to all workshops, demonstrations and 3 organic plant starts). Kids 12 and under FREE. Stay tuned for more details!
