May the Fourth Be With You: Star Wars Day!

Come by the library and check out our amazing collection of books set in the Star Wars universe. Do a craft, have an Endor Moon Pie, or be a bounty hunter and hunt down the scum and villainy hiding out in our library. Costumes are encouraged—you may be featured on our Facebook page!

Asheville Bread Festival / Fair

The BEST of the fest, accessible & free to all, is the Bread Fair on Saturday, 10-2pm. Many vendors will be hawking their loaves, pastries, merch, & more, at this awesome event.

Live Music: Dulci Ellenberger and Kevin Williams

Join us for live music and ice cream! Together, Dulci and Kevin play a blend of their original tunes and covers rich with vocal harmonies, lush keys, and electric guitar. As members of Holy Ghost Tent Revival, the two play together frequently and have developed a great synchronicity in their performance. Friendship with ice cream and music, how can you go wrong??

Days of Caring 2018

Register to volunteer during our 2018 Days of Caring! On Friday, May 11th, and Saturday May 12th, 2018, hundreds of volunteers in Henderson County will be helping nonprofit agencies fulfill much needed work projects. Whether it’s landscaping, painting, cleaning, building, sorting food and clothing, sewing, or helping with outreach and office work, this is a day when everyone can help in some small (or big) way! 5k & Family Fun Day

Please join Crowne Plaza Resort Asheville and Sleep Tight Kids for our family fun day & 5K. Inflatables, face painting, games and food will be avaialbe while helping a great local non-profit. 5K pricing ($45) includes a T-shirt (while supplies last), Box lunch for one, and games for children. For non runners, $10 will cover the entire family so they can enjoy the inflatables and games. All proceeds will go to Sleep Tight Kids, a local non profit that promotes the feelings of hope and comfort in children as they lay their heads to rest each night.

Glo/Black Light Night BJJ-Open Roll

Come one, come ALL!! Lights OFF, Music ON, Black-lights and Lasers only for GI or No-Gi Brazilian JiuJitsu Open Roll.

This event is open to ANYONE!! Whether you train @Fighterwithin Mixed Martial Arts, Another dojo or gym, or don’t train at all- Join us for this Party! Most certainly everyone is welcome. Bring your buddies and have some fun!

I want this to be one hopping, crazy, JiuJitsu lovin madness that everyone will see from Four Seasons BVLD. All ages welcome. All levels welcome

$10 mat fee (Mat fee is going into a collection pot to restore our current mat)
