Camp with the Champs: Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick Girls Basketball Camp

UNC Asheville women’s basketball head coach Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick and her staff will host three camps during the summer of 2017 as part of the Brenda Mock Kirkpatrick Girls Basketball Camps. Food Services at the Mission

The food services at the Mission are quite unique in that the food is delicious and the entire public is welcome to join us for a meal, not just those staying in our living quarters.

Our cooks pride themselves on serving a square, hot meal that includes salad, meat and two veggies, as well as dessert, and in the summertime, you may find us outside having a cookout. This may be the only real meal some people get in a day, so we want people to walk away from us satisfied, nourished, and ready to deal with the challenges of their day.

Thursday Cook-outs Starting June 1st!

Every summer, starting on the Thursday after Memorial Day, we serve our Thursday lunch at the Gospel Warehouse at 628 7th Ave East. We offer lunch at that location to serve the surrounding neighborhoods. We host these cook-outs all summer long until Labor Day. Like with all of our meals, they are free to the public.

Schedule:

Breakfast

7:30 am….Monday-Friday
Saturday/Sunday…residents only

Lunch

12:15 pm….Monday-Friday
12:45 pm….Sunday
