YMCA Camp Kiddos is a half-day camp for 3-6 year olds where kids will be introduced to structured camp through arts, crafts, literacy, science, outdoor play, and water safety. Children will eat lunch during the camp day and receive a light snack in the late morning. Please bring a swimsuit for Friday.

Apple Quest is a FREE activity for families and a great way to explore the wonders of downtown Hendersonville.

The Haywood Community College Student Chapter of The Wildlife Society is proud to host the 11th Annual Wild Game Dinner, a community potluck at the Haywood County Fairgrounds. Enjoy dishes you won’t find anywhere else, serving rabbit, bear, venison and more.

Fry … It is centered on the Irish and Orcadian folklores of selkies, seals that can shed their skins to become human. The story, set on the west coast of Ireland, is about Fiona, a young girl who is sent to live with her grandparents and her cousin Eamon near the island of Roan Inish, where the selkies are rumored to reside. It is a family legend that her younger brother was swept away in his infancy and raised by a selkie. Part of the film takes place in Donegal. (IMDB)
