Asheville Middle Building Open to Remembrance

On Wednesday, July 6, 2016, Asheville will be saying goodbye to the current Asheville Middle School campus. Former students of the school building are invited to walk the halls, take pictures, and gather on Friday, June 24, 2016, from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm. Alumni will be able to request a brick from the demolished building this Friday to be received at a later date. Those unable to attend this event will have until the end of the week to stop by the Central Office at 85 Mountain Street to sign their names in the remembrance book as well as fill out a request for a brick from the old building.

There will be additional remembrance at the opening of the new Asheville Middle School campus, directly behind the current site, in the Fall. Please stay tuned and updated through ACS communications.
