LORD OF THE RINGS ON THE BIG SCREEN!
August 31-September 6 – Lord of the Rings Marathon in RPX at Regal Cinemas Biltmore Grande 15 & RPX in Biltmore Park Town Square. “Featuring all 3 Lord of the Rings (Extended Editions) movies only in RPX. Tickets are $5 per showing at participating Regal theatres.”

We’re celebrating the fun of summer the same way we welcomed it! This Sunday is the last day of our extended summer hours and the last day our community grills will be out until next year. Come help us say goodbye to long summer nights and welcome fall’s cooler temperatures and vibrant colors. We’ll have the grills out and coals lit and ready for you to grill your own tasty items at 5pm. Pack a picnic for you and friends or bring a dish to share. We’ll take care of plates, napkins, and utensils.
Grilling will be weather permitting.
Come by Carolina Ace Hardware for lunch! Get a hotdog and soda with any donation to Bounty of Bethlehem. Your assistance will allow us joyfully prepare and serve a delicious homemade meal to over 2,500 local residents. Bounty of Bethlehem is the ‘Power of Community’. Individuals, businesses, organizations, and religious denominations unite and open their hearts by providing donations.
Bid the summer season farewell with a proper Labor Day party on Sunday, Sept. 2nd at The Monte Vista Hotel and Milton’s! Join us for a BBQ cookout complete with a live band, full cash bar featuring $4 canned beers from local microbrewery Pisgah Brewing, and games & activities for all ages!
BBQ buffet items include pulled pork, barbecue chicken, Foothills hot dogs, sliders, mac ‘n’ cheese, baked beans, corn on the cob, coleslaw, salad, potato salad, macaroni salad, chips. Guests also will recieve an ice cream serving from Sweet on Cherry Street!
Advance tickets can be purchased online and are $25 for adults and $12 for children under 12. Tickets are also available at the door for $32 for adults and $16 for children.
