Share the Harvest: FREE Farmers Market
Root Cause Farm is a non-profit organization growing community solutions to hunger and working towards a just, equitable, and resilient food system where all types of hunger are nourished. We use food as a tool for connection and action, growing organic produce on one acre and distributing it at our farm, our local food pantry in Fairview, and to other partner organizations.
You are part of the solution not only because together we grow fresh food for our neighbors and ourselves, but also because together we strive to nourish relationships that meet the deepest human needs for community, justice, connection, and hope.

ROAD TRIP: “Unto These Hills” Outdoor Drama
May 25th-Aug 17th, 2024, Monday-Saturday
More than six million people have loved the heart-wrenching action and soaring triumph of this telling of the Cherokee story. Since its debut on July 1, 1950, “Unto These Hills” has told the tale of Cherokee life from 1780 to the twenty-first century. Though a family-friendly production, this is a “keep you on the edge of your seat” experience audiences see and feel. Through amazing imagery, and even some pyrotechnics, one thing’s for certain: you’ll emerge thrilled by the beauty and astounding courage of the Cherokee people.
