We will have some of the best Comic Book Dealers in the South east attending so you will have a lot of comics to choose from, Several toy dealers, and lots of other collectibles to choose from as well.
We will have dozens of artist and writers that will be attending. Come by and check out their prints and get their autograph.You can get your very own sketch from any of these guys as well!

The Mandalorian Mercs Costume Club, TDE: Blood Kaiburr Spire, and the Klingon Assault Group as well. These Groups work hard on their costumes and have movie quality outfits. They also do a lot of charity work for their community so come check them out and bring your camera!

Costume Contest registration between 11am-1pm. and starts at 2pm. Kids & Adult categories.

Mother’s Day Family Dance Jam (all ages)
In honor of Mother’s Day on Sunday the 14th, Baby Steps Dance Asheville will be hosting a special FREE Family Dance Jam! Bring your babies, toddlers and kids of all ages for a fun dance party! Spring Plant Sale & Garden Party
Prepare to celebrate the peak of Spring and kick off the growing season at Vance! We are extending the hours of the plant sale this year to 8am- 7pm, Plan on getting your plants to start your garden from us! We will have annual veggie and herb starts grown by Vance students, annuals and perennials from First Step Farm, and assorted perennials donated by our community of gardeners.
In the evening, come back between 4- 7 for a low-key Garden Party!

Mother’s Day Celebration
Be sure to make time for Mom on May 14th and treat her really good! Bring her to BG for a special Mother’s Day celebration!
We’ll have reps from LulaRoe, LipSense & Thirty-one with gifts available for purchase (for any of you last minute folks) or just let mom go wild and shop for herself.
Music from Sean Bendula 4-6 pm.
Kids can also create a Mother’s Day craft to show how much they appreciate all mom does to make every day special.
We’ll have specialty beers on tap and Olive at the Ghost will be serving up a Blue Plate Special (TBA) so don’t worry about cooking, just enjoy time with your family and friends.
Bring the whole family for a day dedicated to the moms we love so much!

Zumba Fitness Party at The Peel (all ages)

PARTY YOURSELF INTO SHAPE!
Get ready for a SUPER fun evening at The Orange Peel! We are having an awesome Zumba Fitness Dance Party! ALL ages are welcome! Tickets are $10 at the door, or you may purchase in advance. For ZIN members (Zumba Instructor Network), tickets are $8 (make sure and bring in your ID). If you are a Zumba Fitness instructor and you would like to lead songs, send me a PM, and I will get you on the list! Such a fun way to meet new instructors, and make new friends, all while dancing the night away in The Orange Peel, Asheville’s premiere listening room and social club. Please pass the word and bring your friends and family! The bar will be open with wine, beer, sodas, water bottles. Please NO outside beverages or containers. Complimentary water cups will be available. Don’t miss your chance to dance the night away, in the fun Zumba Fitness way. There will also be a movie on the big screen, Footloose. 3 hours of fun, dance, and friendships! If you are instructor and you are planning to teach, and on the list, plan to get there a little bit before doors open at 5… If you haven’t been to an Orange Peel Zumba Party, this is your chance!
