You can practice mindfulness anywhere — while standing in line, brushing your teeth, doing your chores, chewing gum . . . even talking, smelling, hearing, and seeing!
This month, we’ll do some basic sitting meditation instruction and then take it “off the cushion” to brainstorm how we can be mindful and/or meditate any time, anywhere! This is such a valuable tool for peole of all ages to relieve stress and increase happines. Who doesn’t want that?
This group is targeted for kids ages 3-10ish. By donation.
