FREE Family Bootcamp (ages 5+)
Make the most of your workout time while showing your children the benefits of staying active! Parents and kids are invited to a free Family Bootcamp at the Reuter Family Y on Saturday, April 26 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. This fun, energetic event is a great way to build healthy habits as a family in a safe and supportive environment. Children ages 5 and up are welcome. Open to the public.

Sky Top in the spring is a magical time and we can’t WAIT to welcome you April 5th & 6th and April 12th & 13th from 10-4!
What we have in store for you:
Pink Lady and Arkansas Black apples (harvested in the fall)
Hayrides through the blooms 
Bee Train rides- Fresh apple cider
The Bloom Experience is $10 per person (3 and under free) and includes the hayride through the blooms and admission to the orchard. NOTE: You are still welcome to visit our store for free to get apples, cider, and doughnuts.

Sounds of Nature – Kids’ Music Day!
Join us for a fun-filled, nature-themed afternoon of music, where families and kids can groove to the sounds in nature! This interactive concert held in the Williams Outdoor Learning Space celebrates the beauty of the natural world, featuring lively performances, eco-themed songs and hands-on activities that teach kids about conservation. Included with park admission.
This event may be moved inside the Wilson Center in the event of poor weather.

2nd Annual Strawberry Fest
Cruso Community Center is hosting the 2nd annual Strawberry Fest, Sat. June 7th, 2025, 11am to 3pm. Featuring the Leatherwood Family Farms Strawberries, live music, vendors, face painting, and food truck. Accepting vendor sign-ups now. Spaces are $25, payment is taken the day of the event, we have tables for use, we suggest you bring a pop-up canopy. Any questions or to sign up to be a vendor please call 828-400-1690.
