Bounty & Soul Produce to the People Market

BURNSVILLE: Mount Mitchell Resort Independence Day Celebration
Thank you all for making last year’s Independence Day Firework Celebration a fantastic first run for us! We’ve spent the year listening to feedback from the event and are pleased to present this year’s format. Please remember, the public is invited and welcome to attend fireworks in any capacity, absolutely no purchase necessary.
Seating on the patio and in the restaurant will be first come, first served for those with buffet wristbands. The bar is open to all, however the buffet will only be open to those with dinner tickets.
The lower level will feature concession-style grab and go food and beverage options, fun and games, live music, and there is NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to come out and play games, listen to music, dance, fellowship and watch the fireworks. The bar is open to all, no ticket required.
Schedule of Festivities
- 2PM – Last tee time for the day
- 4PM – Bar and seating area opens, fun, games, concession-style food and beverage for sale
- 5:30PM-8PM – Dinner Buffet
- 6PM-10PM – Live music by The Diamondback Trio, break during fireworks
- 9PM – FIREWORKS
- 11PM – Sad farewells, until next year

Whistle Hop 4th of July
Come kick off your 4th of July celebrations at Whistle Hop! We’ve got Adi the Monk playing from 5-7pm, dollar off drafts with pints as low as $4, and are taking 25% off all packaged beer! We are also welcoming Little Oven Pizzeria to the Hop for the first time! We will be opening early at 1pm and closing at 7PM so our staff can celebrate with their loved ones. Happy 4th!
