Family Camp Out
Sept 30th – Family Camp Out at Mills River Park with The Town of Mills River Parks & Rec Department. Enjoy camping under the stars after the Free movie night in the park! $12 residents (per family), $15 non residents (per family).

Leicester Tailgate Farmers Market
Every Wednesday, May 7th 2025 through October 29th

The Leicester Tailgate Farmers Market is located in the rural mountains off New Leicester Highway. Our vendors bring out their best locally sourced meats, cheeses, vegetables, crafts, plants, flowers, soaps, lotions, eggs, and much more.
Urban Garden Tour and Tasting 2023
The second annual Urban Garden Tour and Tasting with Bountiful Cities is FREE and open to everyone!
Local food producing gardens will open their gates for visitors!
Guest can take part in educational activities, and tours.
There is no cost to visit the gardens and everyone is welcome – please leave your furry friends at home though!
Local chefs will be preparing small bites for sampling for visitors with a tasting ticket.

Proceeds will support urban food security and the gardens on the tour.
Movie Night in the Park
Free Event!!
The Town of Mills River Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting an outdoor movie in the park event at Mills River Park. The event will take place at the multi-purpose fields in the park. This event is free to attend. No pre-registration is required. Concessions will be available for purchase.
