  • 🎻 Toe-tappin’ Music provided by the JAM Kids, instructors, and the French Broad Valley Music Assoc.
  • 🎂 Cake Walks – Win homemade treats
  • 🍗 BBQ Dinner – Dancing works up an appetite

All proceeds benefit the Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM Kids) of Henderson County.

Montford Teddy Bear Fun Picnic (Ages: 2-8 w/adult)

Dust off your favorite teddy, pack a basket of your favorite treats, and join us for a picnic of pure, fluffiness and fun! The Montford Teddy Beary Fun Picnic is a magical gathering where little ones and grown-ups alike can indulge in sunshine, smiles, and the comforting presence of their cuddliest companions. Imagine checkered blankets spread across a sun-dappled park, the air filled with giggles and the aroma of your favorite treats, immersed in a sea of teddy bears enjoying their own fun in the sun. It’s a day for creating memories that are as warm and fuzzy as your favorite teddy’s embrace!

LEAF Global Arts Presents: Sundown at Skylaranna Concert Series

LEAF Global Arts presents Sundown @ Skylaranna, a Concert Series that benefits artists impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Enjoy Local Music, Vendors, Food, Drinks, and more at SKYLARANNA Resort. There is a spa on site. You can book an appointment and relax before the concert. Pool Passes are also available for an additional cost.

$10 per person or $25 a car gets you access to this mini-fest. All money raised by ticket sales benefit LEAF Global Arts & the Artist ReLEAF Fund.Hosted by Melissa McKinney

Grand Opening Celebration of the Ecusta Trail

July 18th – Grand Opening Celebration of the Ecusta Trail! Henderson County, the City of Hendersonville, Downtown Hendersonville, the Tourism Development Authority (TDA), and Friends of Ecusta Trail invite you to a landmark day as they celebrate the official opening of the Ecusta Trail! This exciting event will bring together residents, outdoor enthusiasts, and community leaders to mark the beginning of a new chapter in recreation and regional connection.

⬇️ SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

2:00PM – Opening Ceremony
Join them at the TDA Trailhead Pavilion on Main Street for a festive kickoff featuring guest speakers, community recognition, and special announcements.

3:00PM – Ribbon Cutting
Gather at the bridge near Fresh Market as they officially open the Ecusta Trail with a celebratory ribbon cutting.

3:30PM – Trail Opens!
It’s time to ride, walk, or run! The trail is officially open to the public—bring your bikes, lace up your shoes, and be among the first to enjoy this scenic route. Whether you’re a cyclist, runner, or a parent out with the kids, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Explore events and happenings taking place throughout the day along the trail, hosted by the numerous local businesses that line the Ecusta.

So Much Fun Mini Golf Day – Benefiting GOTR WNC

Join Girls on the Run of Western North Carolina (GOTR WNC) for a day of mini golf and fun — all for a great cause!

Thanks to our friends at Salt Face Mule Brewing Co., proceeds from every mini golf game will benefit the GOTR WNC scholarship fund, helping us keep our promise that no girl is turned away from the program due to family finances.
